I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite large, but the noise from the alley and restaurant below was a major drawback. The service was exceptional and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for sightseeing, but the constant noise outside was disruptive. The dining options were satisfactory, and the view from the lounge room was lovely.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel had a fantastic location right off the bustling Piazza with the best squares of Florence just a stone's throw away. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the heart of the action. Although the view from my room was lacking, the ample space, cleanliness, great bathroom, top-notch AC, mini-fridge, and reliable Wi-Fi more than made up for it.
